Was founded in 1988, starting with PVC recycling business with 10-20 tonnes/month production capacity. Since 1994, we started PVC compound/pellet production using recycled PVC materials to supply our customers which are mostly in PVC pipe fitting, shoe sole business. In 1996 we opened our second factory in a prestigious industrial estate area just outside Jakarta, the Indonesian capital. With space over 6000m2, our new factory helps us increase our production capacity significantly. Now, we concentrate on producing PVC regid repro compound to supply PVC fitting pipes factories in Indonesia with production capacity of 200-300 tonnes/month. Our PET recycling business started back in 1996 by producing PET bottle flakes with all products exported to China. Our production capacity was 150 tonnes/month. In 2009, after strict inspections from Indonesian government, including environmental safety tests, we became one of very few recycling companies in Indonesia that is granted with a special licence to import plastic scrap from overseas. And now, in order to increase PET flakes production as well as to meet our customers demand, we have installed a new sophisticated washing line machine which increases our production capacity to 700-800 MT/month.
